CIIMAR PhD students visiting The Roslin Institute / University of Edinburgh
CIIMAR PhD students Inês Carvalho, Inês Ferreira and Diogo Peixoto are currently at The Roslin Institute University of Edinburgh (UEDIN), Scotland, in the framework of the GRINNAQUA project student exchange.
During two weeks, they will receive comprehensive training to deepen their knowledge and enhance their expertise in transcriptomic analysis, building on the skills developed during the 1st GRINNAQUA workshop on “omics tools”. They will be working closely with Diego Robledo and Tim Bean from the Roslin Institute / UEDIN to analyze their own transcriptomic data, benefiting from their guidance and support throughout the process.
